Saxo Bank is Danish. The NBPE shares I own are London listed and priced in GBP

I have an account with Barclays that also does not allow purchases of NBPE. But I also have an account with Saxo Bank in Singapore that does allow purchases of NBPE. So that is where I have my holding. I can't see what differentiates NBPE from other PE trusts!
