We wrote up RTW Venture Fund (RTW, US$2.02) last month, complaining that its listing on the specialist fund segment made the shares difficult to deal, which was one of several irksome hurdles in the way of a recommendation. We are glad to report now that the trust is intending to move up to the premium segment of the main market, which it believes is the most appropriate platform for its continued growth, should increase its profile, broaden its shareholder register, and make the shares for inclusion in the FTSE UK Index Series. This is welcome news, although we note the shares remain at a substantial premium to their latest NAV of US$1.91 per share.
