I hold shares in GCP Asset Backed Income whose directors are proposing a discontinuation, to be approved at a forthcoming EGM. I can vote at the EGM but am having difficulty finding the detailed circular setting out the directors' reasoning. It used to be straightforward. The AIC website would list all the documents filed with the Regulatory News Service and you could click through to read them. Now it seems that you have to go to the National Storage Mechanism, which is managed by the FCA, and I have failed to find what I am looking for. Has anybody succeeded?
