TENT liquidation

The latest Newsletter gives an NAV for TENT of 49.3p per share but I notice that the AIC website gives 79.09p per share. Possibly the latter is the last audited figure? Can we rely on the AIC's data?

The documents regarding the liquidation and tender offer refer to a new (but unnamed) shareholder with a material interest who may not vote in favour of the liquidation. Could this be SABA?

The TENT announcement of 23rd January says "the cash available on the Company's balance sheet as at 22 January 2025 is £47.6 million and the Company's unaudited estimated unaudited Net Asset Value per Share ("eNAV") is 49.30p per Share." The AIC data is not up to date - I think it is taken from Morningstar, which provides the data for most third parties.
