This is the largest private equity investment trust and I have always been put off by the premium to NAV. But no more and there is a decent dividend as well. Does anyone know why the premium has eroded in recent years, there is an event of catching a falling knife around the stock for me.

There is a big issue of C and ordinary shares in the offing tripling the trust size. I hold but does anyone have an opinion?
